TheSTEMGirl is run by a team of diverse specialists who are all passionate about encouraging girls in STEM through creativity.

Founder & CEO

Jennifer Ladipo graduated from Dalhousie University a with a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering where she founded TheSTEMGirl. For more than 8 years, Jennifer has relentlessly advocated and inspired youth to pursue the wonders of STEM knowledge.

She is a published author and a recognized speaker across Canada who motivates educators and young minds to use STEM to enhance creativity.

Financial specialist

Fikayo is an accomplished accountant with over 8 years of experience working in industry and public practice. With the impressive completion of her MBA, CPA stream, she brings invaluable financial expertise to the team.

In addition to her job at Medicine Hat College as Executive Director of Corporate Finance , Fikayo is the founder of Fixit Finance, a platform dedicated to educating young Canadians about personal finance and the importance of financial literary.

Jasmine is a Quebecois artist based in Halifax Canada. She is an interdisciplinary artist, however her strengths lie in drawing. As an intersectional feminist, she uses her work to speak on equality, while bringing a wonderful sense of creativity to the team.

She received her degree at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and is passionate about the power and struggles of women, queer folk and BIPOC as well as the simplicity of everyday experiences inspire her work.
